Small Log Arches
Our small log arches come complete with a set of our log tongs as standard. They come with a hand use handle and drawbar with 50mm hitch. There are sturdy attachment points on the back and front so that you can attach chains or straps to secure the log if required. The small Log Arch is rated at 300kg, and will fully suspend a 20" 7 foot long log - you can use this either by hand or tow with a vehicle

Large and Medium Log Arches
Our large and medium log arches all come with a high quality winch. We use a high quality double braked winch which carries a 2 year guarantee. The drawbar is removable and has a 50mm coupling as standard. You can upgrade to a swivel hitch, or a ring hitch which can also be used for winching. There are sturdy attachment points on the back and front so that you can attach chains or straps to secure the log if required. Our large and medium log arches use a 4 stud wheel/tyre making it easy to remove wheels for transport or repair.
The medium Log Arch is rated at 500kg and will fully suspend a 24" 8 foot long log

You can move larger logs than this by lifting the butt end and skidding the tip. Using this method you can move some really huge bits of timber with ease. You can also combine both arches to fully suspend a very long log or whole tree - See pictures. Our log arches are made from sturdy box section. They are braced and gussetted to ensure they are up to the job. After they are made, we send them to be Hot Dip Galvanised which gives many years of rust protection inside and out.

Both arches shown in the pictures have the optional swivel hitch fitted. They come with a pressed steel fixed 50mm coupling as standard.
